Here what I’m doing to achieve my 365 day goals:

WEIGHT LOSS FOOD PLAN:

Weight Watchers (Monday – Friday following the Points Program)

Weekends Off

WEIGHT LOSS WORK-OUT PLAN:

Mondays – Workout DVD at Home or Hip-Hop and Tap Dance Classes @ Knox Dance Worx

Tuesdays – 5:30 PM Body Pump Class @ National Fitness Centers

Wednesdays – 5:30 PM Tread & Shed Class @ National Fitness Centers

Thursdays – 5:30 PM Body Pump Class @ National Fitness Centers

Fridays – Workout DVD at Home

Saturdays – 10:00 AM Body Pump Class @ National Fitness Centers

ANTI-CLUTTER PLAN:

Have one item listed for sale on Craigslist and/or Ebay by Saturday of Each Week or sold to a Friend or sold at McKays

Every other month, bring 1 bag or box of items to KARM or another charitable organization

Have 1 Yard Sale in the next 365 days (Preferably 2)

CULINARY ADVENTURE PLAN:

Take one cooking class each month

Pick at least 1 recipe to try each weekend that is decadent and exciting

Pick 1 WW recipe to try each week

LEARNING TO SPEAK GERMAN PLAN:

Rosetta Stone lessons to attempt daily

SO YOU THINK YOU CAN DANCE PLAN:

Taking dance lessons weekly (Hip Hop & Tap) on Mondays @ Knox Dance Worx

Perform at the annual recital
